    Updating your profile:

    How can I change my username?

    Right now, your username is set automatically as FIRSTNAMELASTNAME, in all big letters.

    Ugly, I know.

    To change it, click here, then change the ‘Nickname’ field to your desired username exactly how you want it to appear (no profanity, kids) and then change the ‘Display name publicly as’ to your username.

    REMEMBER, you always login with your email address, not your username.

    How can I change my avatar/profile pic?

    EASY.

    Just click here, then scroll to the bottom of the page to upload your avatar.

    Try not to upload a huge file. If it’s a big file (over 200kb or 500px in width or length) visit this site (opens in new window) to resize the file before uploading. A square image of around 200×200 pixels is best.

    No nude pics please.

    How can I change my password?

    To change your password, all you have to do is go to this page, and then update the password field with the desired password.

    For your security, make sure you choose a strong password. ;)

    Where do I go to access the mastermind?

    To access the mastermind just click on "the mastermind" button on the navigation menu.

    If you can't see this button, your membership might have expired.

    If your membership is active, but you still can't see the button, email us here.

    How do I log into the mastermind?

    If you're new here, you just need to sign in first, before you're able to access the threads.

    First, visit the mastermind page here.

    Then just click on "Sign In with PowerDOJO" (the link underneath your name) and you're inside. :-)

    Can I start a new thread?

    Simple!

    To start a new thread, just click on NEW DISCUSSION.

    How do I edit or delete my comment?

    Just hover with the mouse next to the "Like" button until the option button pops up. (see it highlighted below)

    Training:

    Why can I only enter my fitness stats every 4 weeks?

    There are 3 reasons why you can only submit the Fitness Assessment form once every 4 weeks:

    1. To prevent the database from being overloaded by too many requests. It’s human nature to play around with forms to see how the graphs and ratings change, but this would overload my server and potentially crash the site for everyone. Can’t have this happen.

    2. To make sure you’re serious about your stats and you take the time to enter them correctly.

    3. So you build up a clean history of fitness stats. You’ll be able to access every assessment you’ve entered and by making them 4 weeks apart, you’ll be able to see measurable progress from each assessment.

    How can I post a video of my KATA or exercise form for review?

    How can I cancel my account?

    If you're cancelling because you're not using the DOJO, then start using it and I promise the value is 10x the fee you pay.

    If you're cancelling because you say you don't have the money, first consider the fact that membership is less than a dollar a day and look to see if there are any other expenses you can eliminate/minimize first, because powerDOJO is an INVESTMENT, not an expense.

    I'm not trying to convince you to stay but provide a bit of coaching to ensure you've given yourself the opportunity to reap the benefits from this small investment.

    However, if you're dead-set on cancelling, just send us submit your request here and we'll get it processed within 48 hours, no hard feelings.

    NOTE: if you pay your membership via PayPal, you'll have to login to your PayPal account and navigate to Profile / My Money / My Preapproved Payments and find your powerDOJO subscription and cancel it.

    I used to be a member, do I have to submit the qualification form again to join?

    Not at all!

    I just signed up again, but I cannot access the Inner Circle area. HELP!

    How can I update my credit card info?

    I don’t handle credit card info, Clickbank does, so here’s what to do:

    1. Go to http://clkbank.com
    2. Enter your last order # and 1 of the 3 options after that
    3. Hit ‘Update Payment Method’ and enter your new payment details

    Downloading programs:

    How do I use Dropbox to download Shoulder Flexibility Solution?

    Shoulder Flexibility Solution is a large, complex program. Therefore we recommend using our Dropbox links to download it.

    Downloading from Dropbox is extremely easy.

    First thing you should know is that you DON'T need a Dropbox account to do it.

    1. Just click on one of the two Dropbox links listed on the page:

    If you're downloading to your mobile device, you only need to download the SD version, since it's smaller and quicker to download.

    2. A new window with two options to "Download" or "Save to Dropbox" will appear.

    We DON'T recommend you click on "Save to Dropbox", because that will require creating a new account.

    Simply click on the "DOWNLOAD" button and the files will automatically start downloading.

    How do I download the files to my computer?

    To download a program from your powerDOJO account to your computer, the first thing you need to do is sign in here using your login information.

    If you forgot your login details, you can retrieve them on that page.

    Your login information was automatically sent to you at the moment you purchased the program, at the email address you used when you made your order.

    You should find a "Welcome..." email from Eric in your inbox (or in rare cases in SPAM).

    Once you’ve logged in, click on the "Access My Programs" icon and you will automatically land on the Premium Programs page.

    The programs are organized in sections. To access each section or routine, you will need to click on the appropriate tab.

    Next, scroll down and right-click on the name of the PDF or zip file that you wish to download and click on “Save Link As…”.

    download_files This will give you the option to choose the location where you want to save the file in your computer.

    If you're downloading on a MAC, you will need to use the CTRL+Click command to do this.

    How do I download on an iPhone/iPad?

    This can easily be done in a few quick steps:

    1. Download and install Documents 5 by Readdle

    2. The app comes with its own browser, so open it by tapping the button in the bottom right corner of the screen:


    NOTE: Sometimes the position of this button differs from a device to another.

    3. Visit the download page where the zip file exists and download it (there are some big files so I suggest you only download zip files when on wifi)

    4. When the file is finished downloading, tap on it and it will open up and you can view all the videos right inside this app.

    Attention, you will have to log into powerDOJO using this browser for it to work.

    Can I download the videos and the PDF’s with other smartphones or tablets?

    Yes, all the components of your purchased program are instantly available to you in digital format so you can access them anywhere, anytime!

    Therefore you can download them on most smartphones or tablets. (as long as you have enough space on your device to download the files)

    The manuals are in PDF format, which can be viewed using the free Adobe Reader on PC or Mac and the videos are in streaming FLV format, which can be viewed using the free Adobe Flash Player on PC or Mac.

    I downloaded on my computer. Can I download again on my phone?

    Of course! Just log into your powerDOJO account on your portable device and that's it :-)

    How do I unzip Files?

    To Unzip your files, you’ll need to download a special application to your computer. We recommend using an application called 7Zip.

    It is easy to download and best of all, it’s free and works great for Windows PC users.

    You can download this application by visiting the official site HERE.

    If you're a Mac user, you should be able to unzip without any extra applications.

    Simply download the file, then right click on it and select "Extract here".

    Which Internet browser should I use?

    We highly recommend Google Chrome. It is stable, lightweight and the easy to work with. Also, it’s customizable!

    Accessing programs:

    How do I log into my account in powerDOJO?

    To access your account, just follow these simple steps below:

    1. Please visit the login page in powerDOJO: kyoudai.powerdojo.com/login.php

    2. Log in using the username and password that was sent within your confirmation email. Once you are logged in, you’ll instantly have access to the program/s you bought.

    Your username is the email you purchased with, likely friend@domain.web.

    If you forgot the password, you can always retrieve your password on this page. We don't store passwords for security reasons, so we won't be able to send your password to you.

     

    I forgot my login details, what do I do?

    You don’t need to worry, this can happen to anyone. Recovering your password is very easy!

    All you need to do is to follow these quick steps:

    First go to the login page: kyoudai.powerdojo.com/login.php, enter your email address and then click on RETRIEVE PASSWORD:retrieve-pw
    After that, our system will automatically send you an e-mail with a link to reset your password.

    If you don’t receive an email from us within 5 minutes, it is possible that it landed in your Junk/Spam mailbox, so please check those folders as well.

    What is the "PREMIUM PROGRAMS" area?

    The PREMIUM PROGRAMS area is home to all the programs released over the years. You will only be able to access the ones that you bought.

    To access a program you bought, just click on the name/icon of the product and you'll be taken straight to the download page:

    I can't find the program I bought, HELP!

    Once logged in, click on the "Access My Programs" icon and you will automatically land on the Premium Programs page.

    I bought a program years ago. I would like to access it in powerDOJO now. Can you help?

    Even if you bought the program a long time ago, you probably still have access to it on our old platform, the InsidersZONE.

    To merge your InsidersZONE account with the one in powerDOJO, all you have to do is email us at support@powerDOJO.com and make sure you send us some or one of the following:

    1. Your username in the InsidersZONE and your email address in powerDOJO.

    2. The receipt in Clickbank or a Paypal confirmation

    3. The email address you used to buy

    4. Your full name.

    NOTE: If you don't send us enough information on your order, we won't be able to verify it.

    Streaming/Accessing videos:

    How do I change the video at the top?

    Once on the download page, you're going to see the first video at the top by default:
